***Important Information***

1. Each student receives their own personalised envelope. They must return their envelope with their name on it to the photographers. DO NOT PUT ENVELOPES INSIDE OTHER ENVELOPES. We do not open them at the school.

2. NO CHANGE CAN BE GIVEN AT THE SCHOOL. Correct money only. We DO NOT open the envelopes at the school. We do not carry a float for change. The school will not provide change either.

3. You can place all the payment in 1 envelope if you have more then 1 student. On the front of the envelope there is a section where you indicate if you are paying for someone else or someone else is paying for you.  

4. We accept Cash, Cheque (make payable to A-One Fotomakers Hunter) and credit card (Master & Visa only).

5. You can PREPAY online via credit card (Master & Visa only). Go to our online shop website www.fotosales.com.au and use the schools code that is on the front of the envelope.

6. Family photo envelopes are available from the schools office or you can print a copy from our website. Do not put family envelopes inside other envelopes (we do not open the envelopes at the school). We suggest you give the family envelope to the eldest child. You can enclose the family photo payment and the other student payment all in 1 envelope.

7. Fotosales. We provide every student with a username and password. This can be found on the bottom of the portrait sheet and group product. This allows you to go online and re-order your school photos or purchase other photo products such as Prints, Coffee Cups, Calendars, Key Rings, Magnets, Jigsaws, Christmas Cards, Mother’s Day Cards, Father’s Day Cards and more…

A-One Fotomakers Hunter have developed our own software to send your school photos to your mobile phone. Unlike some others out there we text (MMS) the photos to you. You don’t need to download a special app so you can then spend your phone data uploading the image to your smartphone.  In fact you don’t even need a smartphone. We can text the image to any phone that can receive photo (old or new).

NOTE: to eligible to purchase a foto2fone you must purchase either Packs A,B,C,D. This offer is not available with Packs E & F.  

Note: If you are from a K to 12 School, K-6 usually have the Primary school packages and 7-12 usually have the High School packages. This may not be the case in your school, please check the envelope.
